Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Postcue app, its MCP server or this website. Postcue is run by DK Digital Studios (Dimitrios Kyriakakis), Von-Graffen-Str. 7, 20537 Hamburg, Germany. By using Postcue you agree to these terms.
What Postcue is
Postcue is a reminder tool. You or your AI assistant plan posts; at the time you set, Postcue sends a reminder, saves the media to your phone, copies the caption and opens the network's app. Postcue never publishes anything. You decide whether to post, and you post it yourself.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a code. Keep access to that email and to your devices secure. Access tokens you create for AI assistants act as you: keep them private and revoke any you no longer use.
Your content
The posts, captions and media you put into Postcue stay yours. You allow Postcue to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you.
You are responsible for what you publish and for following each social network's own rules and terms. Postcue does not check your content before you post it.
AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant, it acts on your instructions through the Postcue tools. Check what it schedules. The assistant itself is provided by a third party under that provider's terms.
Beta
Postcue is in beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or stop, and reminders may arrive late or not at all, for example if your phone is offline or a push service is down. Don't rely on Postcue as the only record of something time-critical.
Acceptable use
Don't use Postcue to:
- store or plan content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use;
- try to access other people's data or get around security or access limits;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, beyond what the law allows;
- share your access tokens or account with people you haven't authorised.
Ending your use
You can stop using Postcue at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing tosupport@getpostcue.com. Postcue may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Postcue at any time. If Postcue shuts down, you will get 30 days' notice by email before your data is deleted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DK Digital Studios is not liable for indirect losses or for missed posts, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Postcue in the 12 months before the claim. Consumer rights that the law does not let you give up are not affected.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. For material changes you will also get an email at your account address at least 14 days before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, and the courts of Hamburg have jurisdiction. If you use Postcue as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
