Support
Setting up Postcue with your AI assistant, signing in, and taking access back.
ChatGPT, Grok and Claude.ai
These assistants connect to Postcue as a custom connector. You don't need a token.
- Open your assistant's settings for connectors and add a custom connector.
- Use this address:
https://getpostcue.com/mcp - When the Postcue sign-in page opens, enter your email and the six-digit code Postcue sends you.
- Approve access. New to Postcue? The same code creates your account.
Then ask, for example: "Set me up in Postcue for my bakery's Instagram and TikTok."
Claude Code and Cursor
These connect with a personal access token you create in the Postcue app.
- In the app, open Settings, then AI assistant, and tap Create a token.
- The app copies a ready command or config with your token filled in. Paste it where it belongs:
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http postcue https://getpostcue.com/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer <your token>"Cursor and other MCP clients
Add this to your MCP config, or use the Add to Cursor button on the home page.

"mcpServers": {
"postcue": {
"url": "https://getpostcue.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer <your token>" }
}
}
}Sign-in problems
- Check the email address for typos, then ask for a new code.
- Look in your spam folder for an email from getpostcue.com.
- The code is six digits and works once. If it says it expired or was used already, ask for a new one.
- On your phone you can open the link in the email instead of typing the code.
- Still stuck? Write to support with the email address you used.
Revoking access
- Tokens (Claude Code, Cursor): revoke them in the app under Settings, then AI assistant.
- Connectors (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude.ai): remove Postcue in the assistant's connector settings, and write to support to revoke the grant on Postcue's side.
- Your whole account: write to support from the email you sign in with to have it deleted.
