Privacy policy

Postcue is a posting reminder. You or your AI assistant plan posts, and Postcue reminds you when they are due. It never posts for you. This policy explains what data that takes and what happens to it.

Who runs Postcue

Postcue is run by DK Digital Studios (Dimitrios Kyriakakis), Von-Graffen-Str. 7, 20537 Hamburg, Germany. For anything in this policy, write to support@getpostcue.com.

What Postcue stores

• Your account: your email address, used to sign you in with a code.
• Workspaces and accounts: each workspace's name, time zone, colour and cadence rule, and each social account's network and handle, with an optional weekly goal.
• Posts: title, caption, notes, source, due time, status, and when and where it was posted, plus the media frames you or your assistant upload.
• Devices: a push token for each device, so reminders reach it.
• Access tokens: a hash of each token you create for an AI assistant. The token itself is never stored.
• Assistant grants: a record of each AI assistant you approve to use your Postcue account.

What Postcue never does

Postcue never logs in to a social network, never posts to one, and holds no social network passwords or other credentials. You post every post yourself, in the network's own app.

Why it is used

Postcue uses this data only to run the service you signed up for: storing your plans, sending reminders and giving you your media and captions at the right time. The legal basis is the contract between you and Postcue (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

No analytics, tracking or ads

The app and this website contain no analytics, no tracking pixels and no ads.

The sign-in page that AI assistants open loads its font and code from getpostcue.com only.

Who processes your data, and where

Postcue uses these providers to run the service:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions. Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1).
• Bunny.net: storage for media frames. Frankfurt, Germany. Frames can only be read through signed links that expire after 10 minutes.
• Resend: sends sign-in emails. Ireland (AWS eu-west-1).
• Expo: delivers push notifications to your devices. Expo's servers are in the United States; they receive only the device's push token and the notification text.
• Apple: distributes the app through TestFlight and the App Store.
• Netlify: hosts this website. Netlify keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, under its own privacy policy.

AI assistants

You can connect an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor, to your Postcue account. Once connected, it can read and change your Postcue data through the Postcue MCP server, but only as far as that server's tools allow: it can manage workspaces, accounts and posts, and read your posting rhythm.

Anything you tell the assistant, and anything it reads from Postcue on your behalf, is also handled by that assistant's provider under its own privacy policy.

You can revoke an access token in the app at any time. To revoke an assistant you approved through a connector, contact support@getpostcue.com.

How long data is kept

Your data is kept while your account exists. When you remove a social account in the app, its posts are deleted with it. When you delete your Postcue account, its data is deleted within 30 days, including backups. Sign-in email logs at Resend expire on Resend's own schedule.

Deleting your data

To delete your whole Postcue account and everything in it, write tosupport@getpostcue.com from the email address you sign in with. You will get an answer within one month.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with similar laws, you can:

• ask for a copy of the data Postcue holds about you;
• ask for anything wrong to be corrected;
• ask for your data to be deleted;
• ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• complain to your data protection supervisory authority.

Children

Postcue is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. For material changes you will also get an email at your account address at least 14 days before they apply.
